How much is shipping?

Depending on the size of your shipment, we typcially charge $6.95 or $11.95 for your entire order (we do not charge per item). To get an exact quote, add an item to your cart then click the "Shipping Quote" link.

Use our Transit Time to find out when your package will arrive.

Remember Adverse Weather can affect delivery times and shipping carriers will not guarantee delivery caused by adverse weather conditions, so order early!

Order Tracking and the Shipping Carriers We Use

We ship all Ground (over 2 pounds) 3 Day, 2nd Day and Next Day packages by FedEx. Please note, if you select Ground as your shipping choice and the delivery address is a PO Box, APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii or a US Territory, we may chose to ship your package by USPS and may contact you to approve additional shipping charges.

Please note, only certain shipments will be shipped US Postal Service.  We use USPS for all deliveries to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories.   We may email you for you to approve additional shipping for items weighing over 2 pounds. 

All orders shipped via FedEx will have detailed tracking information displayed on your order status page. Orders shipped by USPS will have delivery confirmation numbers and a link to the USPS website where you can track your order.

How do I check my Order Status?

You can check the real time status of your order anytime, day or night, by using the form located througout our website, or using the link in your email order confirmation. You will need your Order Number, and your Password, both of which you should have received after you succesfully complete the order process. You can use the form below as well:

The following is an index to order Status Messages:

Status Message What it Means
On Order: Your order has been received, but not yet processed
Ready for Shipping Your payment has been processed, and your order is being packaged and prepared for shipment.
Shipped: Your order has been shipped, and you can now track your order.
Back/Pre Ordered: The rare circumstance that your order is currently backordered, and will be shipped as soon as we receive more inventory.
Special Order:  Your order is a customized order, and we are awaiting your order from the manufacturer
Awaiting Payment: We are awaiting your payment before we process your order, if you indicated you would pay by check or money order, please send your payment to the address found on our Contact Us page. If you are paying by credit card, there is likely a credit card error. Please review the comments field of your Order Status for more information.
Credit Card Declined: Your payment method has been declined. Please contact us with new payment information using our Contact Us page. within 30 days
Order Canceled: Your order has been canceled.  It will not be processed.
